TARCO allocated 75.89 million Baht from profits gained during the first half of 2008 to pay interim stock dividends to its shareholders, amounting to 14.32 Baht per share, with payment scheduled for August 13th, 2008.

TARCO switches from US Dollars to Thai Baht for Hydrant Fee calculation, with the exchange rate being set at 34.88 Baht per US Dollar, or 13.82 Satang per liter, starting from October 1st, 2007.

TARCO allocated 80.03 million Baht from profits gained during the first half of 2007 to pay interim stock dividends to its shareholders, amounting to 15.10 Baht per share, with payment scheduled for August 10th, 2007.

TARCO allocated 43.99 million Baht from profits gained during 2006 to pay stock dividends to its shareholders, amounting to 8.30 Baht per share, with payment scheduled for April 30th, 2007.

BAFS revises TARCO shareholder contract with New Bangkok International Airport Company (NBIA), Airports of Thailand Plc. (AOT) and Industrial Finance Corporation of Thailand (IFCT), to transfer all rights and responsibilities from NBIA to AOT; the revised contract comes into effect on January 1st, 2006.

The Cabinet approved all 3 requests from The Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Committee (SADC), as proposed by National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB) as follows:

1. Roadway Extension (South of Airport) from Burapha Withi Expressway to Suvarnabhumi Airport Project
2. Aviation Fuel Depot for Suvarnabhumi Airport Project
3. Request for Additional 2006 Budget for Immigrations Department IT Systems Project

TARCO amends “Provision of Aviation Fuel Hydrant Services at Suvarnabhumi Airport Concession Contract” replacing NBIA with AOT ; the amended contract comes into effect on January 1st, 2006.

May 21st, 2004
TARCO and BAFS sign a services contract that allows BAFS to supply aviation fuel to Suvarnabhumi Airport via TAROC’s aviation fuel hydrant system.

February 20th, 2004
NBIA, BAFS and TARCO sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signifying that BAFS and TARCO will complete construction of aviation fuel depot and aviation fuel hydrant system, respectively, in time for airport opening.

BAFS acquires a 45% stake in TARCO by purchasing 2.38 million shares of TARCO , effectively making BAFS the major shareholder.

TARCO raises capital from 370 million Baht to 530 million Baht by issuing 1,600,000 shares of common stock worth 100 Baht per share.

TARCO installs first segment of its aviation fuel hydrant system at Concourse F-G inline with the plans set by New Bangkok International Airport Company Limited (NBIA).

Mr. Supadis Diskul (Managing Director, TARCO) and Mr. Kamthorn Trivisvavet (Senior Vice President, Ch. Karnchang Plc.) sign a construction contract for aviation fuel hydrant system at Suvarnabhumi Airport worth 776 million Baht at Miracle Convention Hotel.

TARCO Board of Directors establishes a Project Steering Committee consisting of the following persons:
  1. Lieutenant Junior Grade Chusak Pachaiyuth (Steering Committee Chairman)
  2. Khun Manus Leeveeraphan (Committee Member)
  3. Mr. Supadis Diskul (Committee Member)
  4. Mr. Suebsak Singhasani (Committee Member)
  5. Mr. Jarern Pavarojkit (Committee Member and Secretary)

The mandate of the Committee being to oversee the construction bidding process and to ensure that construction proceeds in accordance with TARCO and New Bangkok International Airport Company Limited (NBIA) plans.

TARCO Board of Directors agrees in principle to allow BAFS to supply aviation fuel to Suvarnabhumi Airport via TARCO Aviation Fuel Hydrant.

TARCO and New Bangkok International Airport Company Limited (NBIA) sign a service agreement contract allowing TARCO to provide aviation fuel hydrant services at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

TARCO signs contract with Penspen for Engineering Consultation and Construction Supervision Services for Aviation Fuel Hydrant Network Project at Suvarnabhumi Airport Phase 1, worth 118.5 million Baht.
