Policy of Occupational Health, Safety and Workplace Environment

Thai Aviation Refuelling Co., Ltd. operates the business to provide services of aviation fuel transportation system via the Hydrant pipeline network at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The Company cares for life and health of all workers. (The worker refers to officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and visitors.) Therefore, there should be the operation on occupational health, safety and workplace environment in parallel with the routine duties of the workers. The policies are defined as follows:

1. Be determined to operate in compliance with the laws, international standard and other regulations that the Company applied continuously.
2. The Company will supervise, control, improve and provide the good work environment to prevent sickness, injury, accident, occupational diseases or nuisance due to the operation of the Company, as well as setting the controlling and preventing measures that are suitable to the risk of the organization. The Company will provide the resources for the operation adequately.
3. Support the workers to be knowledgeable, understanding and aware of the occupational health, safety and workplace environment both inside the work and outside the work to encourage safety culture of the Company.
4. Encourage the participation and consultation of the workers to proceed with occupational health, safety and workplace environment.
5. Communicate the operation and efficiency on occupational health, safety and workplace environment to the operators and the interested parties both inside and outside the company, as well as listening to the requirement and expectation for reviewing and improving the operation.
6. The Company considers that the work safety is the duty and responsibility of all workers. The chief at every level must be able to provide advice and be a good example for the relevant workers.
7. Be determined to develop the occupational health and safety management system continuously.

Objectives on the Occupational Health, Safety and Workplace Environment

Since the Company has established the occupational health and safety management system by considering on controlling and preventing the dangers that may occur to the operation of the Company, including injury and ill health of the employee, as well as the decrease of damage to the assets of the Company. Moreover, this shall comply with the laws, standards and other relevant regulations.

Therefore, in order to make the occupational health and safety management system of the Company continuously successful and to achieve the policy on occupational health, safety and workplace environment, Company has set the objectives on the occupational health, safety and workplace environment, as follows:

1. The employees work without the accident that results in the leave for 3 consecutive business day or more.
2. The employees do not suffer from occupational diseases which result in permanent loss of physical ability.
3. To promote good physical health and mental of the employees. The ratio of sick leave does not over the average of 2 days/person/year.
4. Number of the written complaint about occupational health and safety from the external interested parties does not exceed 4 times/year.
