Quality Policy
The management and all employees of Thai Aviation Refuelling Co., Ltd. determine to provide services of aviation fuel transmission system via the Hydrant pipeline network at Suvarnabhumi Airport with international standard quality, safety and environment care to respond to the requirement of the participants.
    The Company has set this policy as the guideline for the employee at every level, as follows:

  1. Operate appropriately with the objectives, contexts and supportively to the strategic directions of the Company.
  2. Prepare and review the quality objectives consistently.
  3. Determine to provide service according to the requirement of the customers and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of the quality management system.
  4. Determine to improve and develop the quality management system continuously.
Quality Objectives
    In order to make the quality management system of the company continue successfully, the Company has set the quality objectives as follows:

  1. Number of delay of aviation fuel refilling due to the aviation fuel transportation system via the Hydrant pipeline, not more than 2 times per year.
  2. No oil leak from the pipeline, equipment or valve of the aviation fuel transmission system via the Hydrant pipeline in which the amount of oil leak is more than 50 liters, making the aircraft unable to park in the parking lot or unable to provide aviation fuel refilling services in such area.
  3. Provide service with safety, no accident related to the service providing occurs directly to the aircrafts or the aviation fuel refilling service provider.
  4. Number of the written complaint about quality and service from external interested parties does not exceed 3 times/year.
